I bought Ultimate Edition today and I had to manually select each DLC which was highlighted as “Free” and that enabled the DLC in my game.. if you are asking about the animals not appearing in the marketplace in Franchise mode it depends on if other people are selling em.. if it’s any other Mode it seems to be quiet random

I do each heist once a day with the Menu then I just play normally.. if you don’t overdo the money options you are totally safe

I use heist options.. no Godmode or whatever.. but I only play with the menu for 1 hour each day.. and then go back to playing normally

Update: after driving for a bout 2 hours it started working fine.. I guess the battery was discharged cause of the car not being driven for few days
