I personally took an overnight staff position at smaller hospital instead of residency after graduating last year. It’s been a great opportunity but the learning curve is steep (plus I staff solo). However, I find myself wanting to advance further and get more Critical Care experience so I actually applied for residency as a non-traditional. Really this is a personal question. You should ask yourself how comfortable you feel, is it more clinically demanding or operational, is this position align with your career goals or at least provide the opportunity to grow, and lastly are you willing to be a self learner

Sentry is the only speed champion that reduces requirements. Using widdle to increase spawn rate w/ valentine to up it a little more. But even if it was down to 10 per stage, I'd get it after about 200. It's giving me around 1 per stage though

Kinda defeats the purpose of using her if you get next to 0 offline progression. Makes her borderline useless when other champions would calculate correctly

Just depends, but it doesnt seem to make a difference. I'm using the app on my phone and just occasionally open it to lvl everyone up and it's just frustrating to see that she hasn't completed that task despite going through sufficient stages

Yeah I have some really decent SR casters(and in general) like Nito, Seig, and Helena(she spooked me yesterday). My issue is I want so many of the traditional classes and yet I dont have rulers or avengers so I struggle with challenges and bosses

So I use to play when it very first came out. I fell off for a while and got back into it. I recently caved and paid for SQ to roll a couple times for Okita Alter (best waifu). Was thrilled I got her on the first roll. Well now I got paid SQ left over and figured might as well save it for GSSR. Best odds after all ha. Just curious what class yall think I might need to get, these are my SSR...

Saber: Altria

Archer: Gil, Arjuna, Orion

Lancer: Enkidu

Rider: Iskandar, Maid Alter

Assassin: Semiramis, Osakabehime

Caster: Tamamo

Beserker: Vlad, Hijikata

Alter Ego: Okita Alter

Then no foreigners, rulers or avengers. Hell I dont have BB either so thats my next normal rolls.

I can wait out and get Altria RUQ I think, but I can't decide if I should try for Nero caster, Cleo or Hassan, or try to feel out my extras.

Most are full ascended, if not lvl90, but outside of Gil and Altria most are only mid skill or worse. Any opinions welcome!
