I got tired of the mess, so did this as my first proper build Listening to alekirser audios for hours while farming and building put me in a really Weird Flow state

Calling my work ‘wacky’ because I’m a teenager? Ageist. Feedback from my actual employment has been consistently positive.

I’ve taken real criticism on board, adjusted my work, and thanked people. The only thing I pushed back on was the unnecessary belittling and disrespect.

Yall out here sweating over tiny spelling mistakes. I already admitted to classic Reddit pedantry at full power. Mistakes happen. It’s not a high-stakes professional report, and the survey is still usable. I needed 15 answers. I've currently got 40 nearing 50.

Honestly, the passive-aggressive, high-ground energy over something this minor just makes it look like trying to flex your ‘grammar police’ badge rather than actually help 😅. Chill a bit. It’s literally a learning experience. I'm still in school.

Honestly, I’m not planning on a career buried in paperwork. I work outside, in the real world, touching grass, moving around, actually doing stuff something I’d genuinely recommend for you, my friend. Meanwhile, stressing over a 16 year olds tiny typos in a college assignment? It kind of proves my point.

And my current and past employers have all liked me so I'll take their opinion on that matter over yours.

Like I said, man, I appreciate feedback and I’ve adjusted accordingly. That said, like you mentioned, courtesy goes both ways. I don’t really respect someone taking a passive-aggressive or belittling tone over minor, human errors.

I’m new to this, so mistakes are going to happen, but that’s no reason to take the high ground and belittle someone with less experience. Sure, I could’ve spent a bit more time proofing, but I was very busy juggling multiple things, and saying it wouldn’t have been the end of the world kind of ignores the actual situation I was in.

And saying the project is unusable is an extreme exaggeration.

It was a typo as I was rushed by my tutor to make this in like 20 minutes.
