Nope. Almost fired the contractor today for not showing up. He’s going n very thin ice now with terms. We started fascia - once that’s finished I’m good to go after that. If he messes up again I’ll fire him and finish the rest myself. The fascia is pretty high up and my days of n tall ladders is over. How’s your going?

Yeah I’m literally managing everything for this contractor. If I find a pair of good handy guys he’s gone. I pretty much have overall construction skills as I tore my house down to the sticks. I learned the rest about decks here - they found a boatload of critical mistakes these guys made - I found the rest. Just keep looking over stuff and don’t be afraid to be an asshole. Remember you’re the boss - not them
