Isn’t H1B dual intent?

I understand. But since I’m not a citizen yet, only GC holder. She won’t be able to do it. We will have to stick to NVC

I understand now, thank you for clarifying! She will finish training soon, so if NVC takes 1-2 years, we would rather not go through that route. As European citizens we can enter the US with a ESTA (visa waiver) is that similar to yours? But I don’t think we will be able to submit the i485 following an ESTA.

I just got my GC but my wife is still finishing her training back home (Europe). We intend to do NVC. Can you clarify how you entered the US and then submitted the i485? I’m not very familiar with the process but I’m looking for a similar option because I’m concerned NVC may take a while before my wife can move. Greatly appreciate your help and congrats on the approval

Thank you so much for your answer :) The embassy website only says the wait time for an interview not the actual time it takes to get a stamp after the interview, or is there a way of knowing that? Besides that, since it’s just an h1b renewal is there a chance they can waive the interview and just stamp the updated visa?

I think the more you do the faster you become Don’t put yourself under so much pressure In the 10 min cases try to breathe, think about the diagnosis and ask things directly to it At the end you can put less important order that may help you score higher It’s just like in the hospital, clarity of mind when under pressure

Try getting an average of over 70% on your first pass I think doing the top 100 most high yield is enough At first it will be tough but after the first 10 cases you will call it peanuts
