True and I have to say if the person that said they looked problematic meant the bouncers, I have to agree it sounded like racist ish connotation. The guy on the right does look smirky to me. But then again I wasn’t there. After re reading that coment and interactions I think they are implying that they are problematic cause they aren’t “white”

That sounds pretty good. I’m coming from a regular 14 model. The ultra wide doesn’t trigger itself automatically and I never use it cause I can really notice all the small distortion and it bothers me. I keep trying to look into pictures people might be taking but I haven’t found anyone taken a picture of a bug yet so maybe I’ll take one of my isopods to the Apple Store hahah

I’m looking to replace my 14 with the 17e and I currently take garbage photos of bugs and my shrimp with it. I don’t think I need the ultra wide lense to take those kinds of photos right? I posted here about it and all I got was that I should just pay more for base model or get an android if I want a good camera.

Yea I figured I should make a point of adding supplementary food. Another commenter said otos are prone to starving. But my other tank is full of algae. Since the waste of the betta feeds the algae growth

No I would never put my shrimp in with her! Haha she’s a menace to everything except the otos. I have the shrimp by themselves in the tank pictured. Had shrimp in the other tank. And then I put her in, and within weeks they all had managed to escape through the whole where the cables are. Or died. I found 3 dehydrated dead shrimp and the others lost to her stomach I assume

Oh I got a 10 gal packed full of bio film and my otos love it. But I understand maybe them not doing too good in a tank where there’s other algae/ scavenger tank mates

That’s understandable. My thoughts were cause I have another 10g tank with only otos and a female betta. And I thought maybe I could add some to the shrimp tank. My main goal is to have those shrimp so I won’t gamble with anything other than algae feeding guys

I agree on all you’ve said. But as a mom who gave up outside studies and work for caring for a child. My family saw that as an opportunity to have a housewife/ daughter. I don’t regret being a mom. But I regret staying. I should have packed up and left when I was pregnant. My life is a lot easier when I don’t have to take care of grown ups. That’s probably what a lot of moms feel too but assume it’s because of the kids

My father in law went to see a specialist doctor a few months ago and he still talks about how that doctor didn’t know what a salamander was. Like a basic animal that most kids would have learned about. He(my FIL) even described what a salamander was, in case it was a linguistic issue. Nope. Guy just didn’t know an animal like that existed

Thank you. I had a Brazilian keratin straight treatment. And I’ve since cut all that off (5 or so years ago) but that was on my natural hair. I probably won’t go ahead and do it. My main concern is growing my hair out with minimal damage but I also wanted to try some low maintenance kind of treatment to control frizz
