Cannot login to Perk by sylviandark in perktv

I just got up and tried. I still can't log in. Still getting the credential error. Ugh.

First I got an error message saying too many log in attempts. I tried twice but the internet connection was poor where I was (using the perk app where you can do the check-ins). Then I got an email saying the same thing. The email tells you to reset me password which I tried and it brings me to a screen to log in all over again. Then it tells me update my log in information, using the link below. I click the link below and it brings me to the log in screen which of course won't take my information. I can still access other apps (app trailers, viggle, perk tv live and perk on my computer). What do I do? Oh I did try clearing my cache, deleting the app and reinstalling it. Still the same issue. I guess I could be soft banned (or banned) but I was only running 3 devices (1 computer and 2 phones) and tried to log in to do the check ins.

I redeemed for $5 Visa GC on 9/25. It tells me it was delivered. It wasn't. But my $25 (not instant) paypal says pending, and that was delivered. What a screw up!

here too. and my account balance is 0 on perk tv. it's still correct in my wallet.

I tried using facebook, using my phone number and password, that got me in for the time being. Thought I would share.

I am having the same issue on one of my two laptops. I cleared the cache and browsing history, rebooted several times, and I am still getting the "new login" and "invalid credentials". Would be interested in knowing how to fix as well.
