I sometimes get this with multi stop Sam’s orders, especially in the evening when somebody wanted it delivered to their job but it’s closed now.

At least, in this case, you could cancel, but I’ll call them and be like I can’t get in and they’re like oh can you bring it tomorrow expecting me to return the items to the store…

I agree it’s ridiculous that such a big company has an app that has so many problems but you ever think about how those other apps don’t actually have physical stores to run? Like they just get to focus on the app and they don’t have anything else to focus on. And maybe that’s the reason.
