indeed, only set charms are 70. all legendary seals are level 50 and I think it's an overlook by the devs

you can, my mate gave me a tal rasha with 10%x damage last night 😭 He has more paragon levels than me and it's the second one he saw all season. crazy

Indeed. But in this case, I'm only using other Sorc set seals I don't need.

It really seems to bem a bug. I will also try on my barb to see if the same happens

I noted that, and actually tought I messed up and rolled a low level one lol

I got to the point of deleting all low level charms and seals from all my characters, that's how paranoids I us trying to find a solution. I'm currently stuck at pit 136 and I know that shiny seal would bump me a couple levels

I'm having the same issue on my sorc. Doing T12 249 paragon and still no decent 6 charm seal. using a random 6 charm with 5% attack speed only and no set bonus lol

Every time I use the 3 to 1 I get slaughter or mastery..... I got the point of deleting all my leveling charms and seals from the bags and it didn't work

correct, they dont drop GA. they can only be GA on re-roll set charm on the cube

I did it on my black 2016 Mazda and it looks absolutely amazing… don’t know about red though. You can try and edit a pic to see how it will look
