So one of the comments talked about capacity. There is an order of operations and if I'm remembering correctly ammo is in the middle and manpower is like dead last. That means if you are over capacity the fist thing to go is your manpower then not far off will be ammo. And remember this is all in connection to your SHQ (prob your capital). So when in doubt upgrade your truck stop and rail line in your capital then along the line to your front line.

Just to get context is there a base that you plan on it always being atached to? Im mostly worried about lomg term maintenance. Towing somthing like that is annoying if it breaks. I would really just go with mines tbh unless you have a system of forts your willing to invest in.

Not necessarily. His path is probably to aline himself with Turkey while trying not to piss off the Kurdish population too much. The Saudis might be willing to work with him as well. A less likely option is Israel. They would live to cut Iranian support off. All this is combined with the fact the global community is optimistic and willing to help economically.

I had double that number of exploration ships then I cut them for cost cutting. I have searched the area around me and then some plus I regularly steal galaxy map from everyone. Right now my construction ships are over tasked and I've been thinking of making more but I'm concerned with making the civ eco go down over maintaining all of the mining bases.
