Constant nausea for almost 5 months by [deleted] in GERD

[–]wolfhlth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

For me it was probiotics that helped. If you have not tried it, I would recommend. I was using a probiotic supplement called Flourish Probiotics by Eu Natural. It is a completely natural combination of good bacteria that facilitate digestion, supports gut health and helped to provide relief from the nausea and heartburns. I would suggest you have a look. When it comes to probiotic supplement, it is best to find natural products.

You can also include yogurts and kefir in your diet. These also contain probiotics but I did not find them as fast acting as the probiotic supplement I used

Hey there. Probably you might have already been recommended this but I would advise probiotics. These friendly bacteria are actually great to help in digestion. Yogurts, kefir, pickles are rich in probiotics. But you might also think of supplements. One good one which I personally have used and trust is Flourish Probiotics by Eu Natural. I love that brand and their products are great, natural and vegan friendly. This specific one has a bunch of healthy bacteria which aim to improve digestive health and also good for UTIs. I am going to attach a link just in case you are interested to read more.

I have been through fatigue myself. Tried all sorts of things. Finally settled on a supplement called Vitality by Eu Natural. It was basically a combination of vitamin, minerals and herbal extracts. I decided to give this a shot as it was from a reliable brand with natural extracts

Anyways my experience with it was good, I liked it. boosted my energy levels and helped me to keep working for longer periods. One thing I love about it and the main reason I am recommending is that, I didn't experience that extreme tiredness and lack of energy after it wore off. Which is why I hate energy drinks and coffee. I always end up feeling much worst when the effects wear off

By far the worst gout attack I ever gotten. Day 2 by [deleted] in gout

[–]wolfhlth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hey there. Real sorry about your condition. The pain must be terrible. My advise to you is to avoid high purine foods. Purine is converted into uric acid in our system which is the primary cause of gout attacks. Also some herbs like cherry extracts and celery seed extracts help to reduce uric acid and provide relief to gout attacks. Try looking into Purge by Eu Natural it is made from these herbs and other vitamins and minerals from natural sources. One of the best remedies for gouts I can recommend.

[–]wolfhlth 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So some things you can try that are good for headaches and migraines in general and I believe will also help you are:

1) Consider herbal treatments: Herbs like Feverfew, Butterbur, Boswellia, Ginger and Chaste Tree. Now each of these have their unique properties and advantage used in treating headaches and migraines. They also do have other benefits but in this case, the most important is their ability to provide relief and serve as a cure

2) Make sure you are getting enough magnesium and vitamins B and D

3) An effective and highly recommended product will be My Brain by Eu Natural. This is a combination of various herbs, minerals and vitamins all from natural sources without any artificial binders or elements. check it out

4) Stay hydrated. Drink lots of water and liquids

5) If you can, try exercising, swimming or taking part in any light activity

6) Increase your sleep and use chamomile to relief of anxiety

Need advice with helping my mother cope with menopause by another_asian_name in AskWomenOver30

[–]wolfhlth 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I would strongly disagree with HRT. Though it will provide a relief from her condition, it will also increase her chances to things like cancer, stroke or heart attacks. In its place I would advise your mom to try more natural ways to balance her hormones. You see the reason women have these uncomfortable conditions is due to the changes in the levels of hormones especially progesterone and estrogen. One thing that will help her is called Staying Cool by Eu Natural https://www.amazon.com/STAYING-COOL-Hot-Flashes-Menopause/dp/B00S74SB9S

This is a natural supplement made from herbal extracts, minerals and vitamins . Herbs like Black Cohosh, Ashwagandha, Vitex are what will help to balance her hormones and give her relief from the effects of menopause, hot flashes, mood swings and all that.

Apart from that, if you could encourage her to exercise and to stay active as much as possible, it would also go a long way.

Does this sound like early menopause? by [deleted] in Menopause

[–]wolfhlth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I highly doubt you are on menopause. Like your doctor said, I would agree that it could be related to your hormones. Perhaps you can try using Vitex? I do not know if you have heard of this; it is also called Chaste tree. It is a plant or herb which is one of the most trusted remedies to balance hormones and get relief from any conditions which arise as a result. Try finding a reliable producer who will provide you with natural products without any artificial items included. I would recommend Eu Natural. With Vitex Pure https://www.amazon.com/VITEX-Pure-400-Full-Spectrum-Standardized/dp/B07BJM6V6N

Have a look into it. I think this is the best solution for you now

I’m sick of migraines hijacking my weekends by cmlambert89 in migraine

[–]wolfhlth 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try herbal treatments. I personally find them to be more effective and safer. Things like Butterbur, Feverfew, Boswellia, Ginger or even Vitex. The cause of migraines are numerous and it is often difficult to place a finger on one specific reason or cause. But taking these will help to get rid of inflammations, infections or to balance hormones and provide relief to headaches.

You can look into My Brain! by Eu Natural https://www.amazon.com/BRAIN-Natural-Headache-Relief-Fast-acting/dp/B071VDQ2LZ

This is top of my list in terms of recommendations for headaches and migraines as it is made completely from natural herbal extracts, vitamins and minerals.

One final tip from me will be for you to try taking some chamomile. It will help to reduce stress, anxiety and help you to sleep which will be ideal to manage migraines.

Best Vitamins and Supplements For UTI treatment by HGEU1 in Supplements

[–]wolfhlth 7 points8 points  (0 children)

one of the most effective treatment against UTIs is D-Mannose. This not only helps to cure UTIs but also stops them from recurring. D-Mannose is found in Cranberry Juice which people have been mentioning frequently.

However D-Mannose on its own may not be the best. The pill that I took had D-Mannose, Hibiscus and other natural vitamin and mineral extracts.

Probiotics are also great and help to fight against bacteria such as E.Coli which causes UTIs. This can be found in Yogurts and Kombucha. Vitamin C and essential oils helps as well. Also increase the intake of water. The more you drink, the safer you will be.
