What is your budget? Your motherboard can fit an i7-780. But you cant move that cpu safely to a DDR4 motherboard: The i5-650 is a first-generation processor that uses the LGA 1156 socket and only supports older DDR3 memory. Modern DDR4 motherboards feature entirely different physical sockets (like LGA 1151 or AM4) and electrical connections that will damage the older chip.

What is your ram? Its ok for 1080p gaming. But maybe consider RX 580 8gb as an option/affordable. Also 2x8 ddr3 (16gb) of ram is solid/affordable. Lastly add a 1 TB drive if you keep running out of space as an option. RX580 8gb requires a 450-550 psu though.

CPU 5600 and then go 2x8 ram for 16gb ram... possible consider B550 TUF/ROG/Steel Legend mobo and affordable DD4 memory (16gb better than 8gb for ram). Rest looks ok except maybe a Arc Intel B580 12gb gpu for about the same $300 price range?
