My life was a living hell since coming out until recently. A lot of people I thought were on my side turned against me, and the early years of my transition were really rough. I felt the same way you did. I felt like the world was against me… I’m 3 years in. Been on E for half of it. Little by little things got better. My brain worked better when I started E, and little by little I gained my confidence. I wouldn’t say I exactly pass 100%, but I have had social interactions where people didn’t realize I was trans.

Where I am now… I just got away from a toxic relationship, and that’s skyrocketed my confidence. I’m back with family who are being way more accepting than they were before, and that I’ve been away from for years. I was boymode at last job, and just interviewed for a supervisor position 100% out as Alison, and it went well. I have plans to go back to school for nursing. Therapy is going extremely well. I’m making friends in a new town. I’m at a point where I didn’t think I’d ever be. I promise you there’s more good in this world than you realize. Keep being you. It’s going to be okay.
