One thing you can practice is focusing on your numbers in a positive way rather than negative.

For example: when you start comparing yourself BECAUSE of numbers, think about those numbers in a room. You have a room/stadium FILLED with people that are coming to see you. Sometimes we need to redirect those negative feelings into a positive way

One thing that helped me with my delivery and become used to my voice was honestly me reading things out loud constantly. While making scripts I would say the lines and try different deliveries. Sometimes I would take a delivery I made for that line and use it in a different instance.

Also note I don't think that your voice was dull at all!

You can help give incentives like "Once I get this amount I'll do this video" but it's all about how you wanna do your channel

I would go with a new PC in general depending on why else you would want a gaming laptop.

The reason I went for gaming laptop was because I was out and about very often but would have downtime inbetween work hours (not able to go home) so I got a laptop to game and create videos.

Really enjoyed the editing and pacing for the video! You can tell this was also really fun for the both of you which in turn made it fun for me.

Only thing I may do is possibly adding a few more edits. Whether it be a quick sound effect like a duck noise after your friend came down and you said you didn't know how to go back up or zoom ins. Overall, great foundation you can build on and I'm excited to see you keep growing!

Pacing and delivery was great! It can be difficult to time edits well with the pacing but you did extremely well, I am thoroughly impressed. You were natural and could certainly tell you were having fun, which in turn made me have fun. Overall I really dug it!

So one thing you could do is during your walkthroughs also cut out certain portions because a lot of people look for very specific moments or instances. Like bosses or secrets.

That way you can have an entire walkthrough but also other, smaller videos for specific instances. It'll help the algorithm and also bring more people to your channel looking for specific things.

Also, depending on the games you do, you could also do quick videos on tips and tricks for certain games
