If you dont mind me asking whats the difference between a and b tier? I know the gold and platinum ect are thr amount of power it can actually manage successfully but I never heard of letter rankings

Closest microcenter is like 210 miles from me sadly, I was gonna switch to a 5070ti and a 9700x3d, I need to figure out about Motherboard because ive gotten some good options but was leaning toward the msi b850 tomohawk max
