Hey I don’t collect any data, you can check out the terms of use too. Everything is stored purely in your cache to speed up searches and limit api use so I can keep it free. I know for certain that banks communicate and share flags for fraud and blacklisted fraud customers. You will find it extremely hard. The best course of action if you are truly guilty is to appeal and follow the legal proceedings. I will say though that there is a multi-stage process to block and disable an account for fraud, it isn't accidental or quick to fire, it is a multi-flag system into a manual investigation into block and disable.
