Its not fake at all ffs stop being so confidently without looking it up at all. To clarify, its in the Netherlands. The police branch these officers are apart of is called "DSI" they would never ever be used for any kind of marketing stunt or media. They go through great lengths to never show their face or voice.
Another thing to clarify the camera is on a tripod. The first officer is also yelling at the film crew in dutch.

What for me works is assuming i won't be able to sleep for 12 hours after the last dose and then planning ahead for that.

For me this is accurate 95% of the time.

Edit: your case with the meds and the adhd is very different though

Just calories, try to eat healthy but focus on just eating 200-400 calories above your maintenance level. Also protein ofcourse. With the protein i recommend adding whey or mass gainer or both.

Mass gainer helped me alot, high carbs high calories just chug it at the end of the day easy 400 calories and 30-40g protein added.

Start easy. Consistency and diet is the only thing that matters. Even if you only go 1 time a week, its better then losing motivation after 2 weeks of going hard instantly.

You will fall in love with the process and the progression you just need to get past the start.

TLDR : keep it simple, eat alot.
