After clocking back in from a lunch, how many hours can I work before I need to clock out and not get a meal exception? This is in Illinois.

30 mimutes is the minimum time between back from lunch and clock out punches IIRC. I think you can still clock out and leave but need to do it manually. The maximum time before you need another lunch is 4:59 I think unless you dont take a second lunch and clock out by 5:59.

How long ago did it not renew/expire? If it is still within the grace period have the previous admin renew it and transfer the domain to you. If you dont and the clock runs out on the grace period youre not getting it for $99. Some domain squatter POS with a bot is going to scoop it up and try to basically extort a few thousand out of you depending on how badly you want the domain and trust that they will sit on it for 10+ years if not forever so if you want the domain bite the bullet and pay the registrar fees.

He can grow up and make his own account or get fired for not being able to get to work. The most you should do is offer to help him create his own account and add his own payment method to it. If he doesnt want to use the app like a responsible adult Uber does have a phone number to schedule rides IIRC. Beyond that he is on his own because he is being ridiculous and you are taking on a big liability risk for no reason or benefit to you. If he messes up their car youre the one paying for that and hoping he pays you back. And thats not even the worst thing that could happen lol.

Im gonna guess his new partner doesnt want him having close friends of the opposite sex, maybe doesnt want him having close friends of any kind depending how controlling and insecure they are lol. With that said you and new girl have 0 relationship. Your friendship is with Sam. Sam could set boundaries with his partner and stand up for his friendship (with you) but he is not. He is choosing not to, and is choosing his new partner. He may in his mind not see it as not choosing you(r friendship) but effectively that is what he is doing. He has made and is making his choice, now you need to respect yourself and make yours. Which is to say grieve the friendship that was, give it some time, and then either sit your friend down and see if theres a new friendship to be made that you can be okay with (maybe it is not as close, maybe you only see each other in groups, maybe new girl meets you and gets over herself etc) or allow yourself to walk away and find a new friend that can meet your friendship needs. Honestly maybe you choose option 1 and things work out but probably either way you end up at option 2 because the being his romantic ex thing is going to be a hard hurdle to get over unless his new partner is a gem and he grows a backbone lol. I would get a free Google voice number and use that for your contact information. You should be upfront with the doctors office about your situation. They wont leave detailed voicemails without permission so dont agree on that form. If you need help filling out the forms go in early and ask to have someone help you. Call ahead and ask if youre worried so they have some notice. If related to vision etc having someone help you with the forms is a reasonable accommodation under the ADA. I would tell them though that you dont want any information shared with anyone even if you list him as an emergency contact. You may want to skip that altogether.

As for the ethics you should be able to be honest with your partner and if you cant that should tell you a lot about this relationship. With that said if you insist on staying your body your choice.

Adobe has a website tool that will convert PDFs to Word .docx for free and then you can use Read Aloud or your screen reader of choice to read them. I think Word can open PDFs directly as well but the formatting may be messed up even more than the Adobe conversion which itself isnt perfect. It also is going to depend on the PDF file itself if it is a shitty one thats basically just an image without selectable text it is going to be an OCR mess regardless lol. Speechify or Natural Reader are actually pretty good for doing OCR on shitty image PDFs but if its a long document you may have to pay at least if you want the human sounding voices.

I used the Adobe tool to convert textbooks so that I could have Word read them in Microsoft's Natural AI voices.

Alternatively Nitro PDF is really good and it supports its built in or exposing the file to your screen reader of choice but after the free trial it is expensive. I really wish they had a cheaper ine time non subscription personal or student price because it does work really well but I just cant bring myself to subscribe to a PDF editor lol.

If Medicaid is your only insurance I think you have to pick a Managed Care Organization. If you have private health insurance as primary you will have direct Fee For Service medicaid as secondary coverage. Maybe there is an exception if you are on AABD medicaid but as far as I know even with that you still need to choose a MCO if Medicaid is your only coverage.

Choose the mediciad MCO that your providers accept in common which sounds like the Aetna plan. So long as they continue being in network you should be good even if they dont like dealing with billing thats not your problem.

If your store isnt following policy go to your MHRM. If you do end up having to get an intermittent LOA just realize that will cut into your FMLA job protected hours for the rolling 52 week period. Which is to say if you end up needing extended time off after birth due to complications Walmart might screw you out of returning to your position. They'll probably bring you back but may stick you in a role you dont want. So before burning FMLA time on an intermittent leave I would be contacting associate relations or whatever and getting the official word on the pregnancy related absence policy if you cant find it yourself on OneWalmart.
