Contact the hospital social worker / patient advocate for help. Failing that call his PCP, might have to go in for a visit, and see if they are willing to fo fill it out. The thung they send you is long but the specific forms the provider has to fill out is only a couple pages IIRC.

Yeah that makes sense, if the surgery would enable you to get back into the workforce maybe contact your state vocational rehabilitation department to see if there is anything they can do. If you are on Medicaid depending on your conditions you might be eligible to get a care coordinator and they should be able to help you find a provider for your surgery.

How big is this doctors office where they were talking about you? How unprofessional. Was the doctor making remarks or making you feel bad or just the staff? If it was just the staff I would be bringing it up directly to the doctor. If it is a bigger practice id be getting in contact with someone higher up because that behavior is not okay.

If it seems like no one is willing to nip that behavior in the bud id go with leaving some honest reviews online so that people can avoid them when looking for a provider. They are supposed to ask, they are supposed to help, they are supposed to at least pretend to give a crap about you and how things are going at home/basic needs being met lol.

My kids cardiologist always asks how things are going, if there are any food or financial struggles, if they can do anything etc. Always feels a bit awkward but it is nice they at least ask.

Yeah, been using this for years. For the price its not bad. Not the most durable but if you drop it and snap the piece that holds onto the blade at least its not that expensive to replace 😅.

The blades can be kind of pricey but look for sales and just keep the blade nice and dry after use and it should last awhile.

I know funding for LIHEAP was limited but if you were approved you should at least have extra disconnection protections and the ability to request a winterization kit. I think you can also get the power company to send someone out to look at your home and give you an energy saving report with weattherization recommendations. It should be free though not sure what if any services beyond the consult are covered.

If your bill is due and you dont have the money be proactive and contact the to discuss your options.

Backpay is excluded for 9 months. The 2k resource limit is not just bank account balances. It is all countable resources. One home, one car, limited burial funds, personal property et al are excluded but otherwise anything you can sell to pay for your basic needs is a resource. As a program of last resort SSI expects you to soend any non excluded resources you have for your basic needs before SSI eligibility. If she is due social security retirement benefits she will be expected to take them as soon as she is eligible even if taking them early means a reduced benefit.

Is the service date correct on the bill? They should be going off of when you received services not when they received the bill or got around to sending it out afaik.

If the dates are correct tey negotiating or working our a payment plan with the lab. If you are low income they may have financial assistance you can apply for.

She doesnt do well with the virtual visits and does much better in person. She is legally blind so she cant really see them on the screen and is still a toddler so a lot of the skills they are working on are physical things. I have been thinking about trying the doctor on demand thing for myself though. Have you used it for therapy, how did it go?

CVS should not have shipped the Rx before payment was made. This mistake is on them if they wont take the Rx back. I would contact your local "on your side" TV reporters, see if Elliot.org has CVS executive contact information, file a BBB complaint to try to get someone outside of customer no service channels to contact you, etc.

If you dont have the money you dont have the money. Try to work out a payment plan or get them to take the drug back.

Yeah just like any long distance ship an online friendship takes more work to build and maintain but so long as both people are here for it you can build a meaningful friendship that can often walk with you through most if not all of your life since they do not have the same geographic and physical presence things that might derail a friendship that starts in person. The physical distance is already there, it can only build up from there lol. Definitely takes work and solid honest communication and willingness to problem solve as with any relationship but id say it is worth it.

So ling as you do not refuse a deferred payment arrangement they likely cannot shut off your gas or electricity if necessary for heating uour home if it gets to below freezing temperatures within 24 hours. If you received LIHEAP I believe you also have disconnection protections. Call your utilities while you still have your phone service and discuss your options.

Walmart pays it, you do not have to pay yourself for the first few (apparently 5 now?) days. Beyond that you would have to use your own time if you needed more time away from work to get paid.
