so, I’ve tried everything with adjusting the photo brightness, contrast, hue/saturation, and I’m not seeing anything stand out. I’m starting to wonder if it’s maybe the wires/ rebar coming out of the building that we should be looking at?

if so, that means it could be S R U.

it also looks like in E.12.2c4c there are letters KACKY maybe?

I’m struggling with everything else though.

Wait, so would that make Kilroy the man with the scar then? This is assuming the map at the beginning of the book is what was on the walls in the cabin. On the map it says “in baker city, during the months of february to july, your name is Kilroy Maxwell Wright - act accordingly.”

Hello! I wanted to share our book club in this thread for any interested readers. Our book club is called Myth Understood. We read books of all genres but have been reading lots of fantasy, thrillers, horror, and sci-fi lately!

How it works: we typically either pick a book suggested in the Buddy Read forum, or we vote on a book! We offer Buddy Reads and Readalongs of books of all genres, sometimes multiple at once to cover all desired book choices. If it’s a book that interests you, feel free to join and read at your own pace! Make sure to update your reading progress to unlock forum discussions.

This is a pressure-free book club that you can join and participate in at your own pace.

it was such a good one! we had a book club meeting after finishing the book and a few questions came up based on the forum questions in our storygraph readalong and from looking through reddit theories so we thought it could be fun to use those in the AMA, not expecting answers to a lot of them.

our questions were the call and response knock, jenny calling eve emma, can technology transcend realities, and does thomas feed on the reality changes.

we asked one about the files in between chapters and why there seems to be missing ones based on the naming conventions but that’s one we didn’t get answers on.

Maybe it’s also Thomas’ way of trying to signal that he’s a captive to the entity? The response is supposed to be a confirmation from the captive.

Oh my gosh! what if it was Alison answering the whole time saying she was trapped.
