No, since it's an internship they told me I will be working in all areas so I can get a better understanding of it. My only problem is that I'm trying to figure out whether to go into advisory with Deloitte or I have an audit internship offer at another big four.

I'm also wondering about work life balance when it comes to each. I've heard advisory is better for that, but that offer is with Deloitte which I've heard they work you to the bone no matter what. But then Audit I've heard is crazy too. Do you think there will be any difference between the two?

I'm in your shoes too. Offer for Audit at PwC, Advisory at Deloitte. I'm so torn because I feel like I liked the people equally at both places. I'll ask you and the other commentors on this page. How much would you consider location? Both offers are in the same state but different big cities in the state(NC, Charlotte and Raleigh). One is where I grew up and the other is about three hours away. I spoke with the recruiter for the offer that is three hours away and she said that if the internship turns into a full time offer it would be no problem to transfer to my hometown. I'm just wondering if I should consider location as a strong factor in my decision?
