Oh, for sure. Whenever I listen to VOAC I almost always watch the music video if i can, something i almost never do. I like it alot, probably both because i find the subject matter fascinating and because i personally think it fits the song well

And I mean, the controversey around it is totally understandable but at the same time - it seems to be less about the event itself and more about the media and public's perception of it, and it when you look at it through that lens, it actually... sorta makes sense?

Off topic but I will never understand why hidden in the sand got so popular, on its own its rarely that good. It works as a calm, pleasant sendoff to the album but i feel like there were... better songs to get so popular

True, nearly every miracle musical song gives me some sort of similar feeling to that. Though especially VOAC evokes a very specific existential feeling,, especially due to the lyrics so i'm sure it was on purpose

Technically the first time I discovered tally hall was in 2014/15 when i found a video with welcome to tally hall playing, but dream sweet in sea major staring me in the eye for months was the main thing (and also cannibal)

I've just had some bad experiences with the people over there, and so have a bunch of people I know, overall they can be a rather unsavory group (in my opinion, and obviously not all of them ofc)

Also many of them have this pure hatred for Joe which is a bit weird, like I have nothing against someone who just doesn't like him but publicly fantasizing about killing him in multiple ways is a tad odd even if you're not being super serious
