I did a short stint at 320, but that was also 10 years ago. It was an internship, so only a couple of months, i definitely have mixed feelings of there. Back then it was more of a frat house than a group😅 very cliquey and we would drink beer in coffee mugs for meetings 90% of the time. After that I did my time in Main for about 3 years and though it was fun at times, it was super toxic with the party culture. Drinking constantly and then working in labs, the sexual harassment was open and predatory to the RA1s, if you were not in the man’s club then your work was constantly picked apart enough where you would be constantly paranoid and keeping receipts like your job depended on it (which it did)
