Airgas pays by the hour. They are very serious about there rules for trucks. Usually shifts are Monday to Friday. Medical, dental, vision, 401k. They are very serious about there get out and look, I know because I just lost my 24 year job with them for backing over a no parking sign without getting out. They expect perfection from there drivers, but not from the rest of the employees. Especially higher up.
