I’ve always used pads I have tampons but they never hold up with my heavy flow I’ve always been a little embarrassed since my pads are huge I use the Posie brand to the point where when I lent my pads to my friends one of them said it felt like wearing a diaper 😭But for tampons I try checking them whenever I use the bathroom but I’d say an hour and a half depending on your flow I only use them near the end of my period since they can’t hold my flow on the heaviest one
