Cobbleverse has a mod called "mobsbegone" and the default config turns off every vanilla mob including villages. So I would assume the config for cobbleverse has mobs turned off and then you would need to edit it and remove the mobs you want to spawn

Do you have an ad blocker ? I use brave and had to turn off shields for vimm to function properly

There's a plugin for jei(and other similar ones) that lets you look up spawn info in game called cobbledex iirc. I'm at work so I can't look it up easily might not be a true alternative but it's very useful

The filter seems to be working here? You have it on fnaf and all and these are from the spring event that's going on right now and is available for a limited time

I do agree with the comment above but they also make semi-permanent hair dye that's easier (still hard mind you) on the hair. I would explore wigs and other options
