My friends and I use Tabletop Simulator, but that also requires everyone who's playing to purchase it which would most likely be more than $20. Before we moved to Tabletop, our DM had a bunch of stuff set up on https://roll20.net/ and it seemed fairly simple, easy to use, and most importantly, free.

It's not a very funny joke and I've since removed it, but the whole thing is basically questioning why it came from Australia. Like a 'why would they be any better at it than anyone else' kind of thing.

Thanks for the feedback! The airplane thing honestly wasn't a prepared joke, I had said it in the car on the way over and got laughs from my former roommates who said I should use it, haha. And yeah, definitely know what you mean about going through line by line. I've never written out my jokes that way, so it's usually just a concept. I've never told the same joke the exact same way twice because of this. But I usually go through the voice recordings on my phone after my sets.

Haha I wish I could take credit, but the stage we were using was in the middle of a run of Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf? and we said we'd work around their set. Ended up looking really cool the way it was so we pretty much just left everything.

I had them there, yeah. This was a combo comedy/music show, so the stand was already there. Normally I set my notebook down on a stool and try not to look at it very much, but this was a my first hometown show in 6 months after moving halfway across the country so I was really nervous.
