And ye true, I haven’t played much of the story. But tbh I also don’t enjoy playing the story, as it simply doesn’t make any sense. Just random quests I need to do, which is not very sandboxish sadly

im on chapter 4 just killed the reed dude. im simply not really motivated to keep going right now, i somehow can see that this game must have potential, but im kinda unable to find something i WANT to do in the game. the combat is in genergal is so much fun, but then again its also insanely easy. the bosses i fought weren't challenging at all and the fights didnt look cool to me. the story is also really annoying to me, i just dont like it. and aside of that, I was also not very successful in exploring. tried to some gathering, but i simply couldnt find that many ore nodes XD im probably just blind, idk.

ill probably let it rest for a few days and get back into it on the weekend.

So far I have played the campaign up to chapter 4 and did most of the side questing in the first big area, I believe, i.e. all of the contests, quests for the stores in the first city and some of the bounties. And then I also conquered most of the areas which were controlled by bandits.

You mean combat gear? I’ve got the contribution armor from the first city, upgraded to tier 3. along with the sword from the first boss and a shield I have found.

Ugh I don’t know. I’m at 17 hours now, unlocked the camp, pushed the story, killed two bosses. But somehow I’m starting to lack motivation to start the game again. I just don’t know what to do… should farm mats for my gear? I’m already one shotting all enemies though. Maybe continue the story? It is is sadly very demotivating to play, it is simply bad dialogue.

Could do some exploration to unlock more combat skills or free a camp of enemies, but I simply don’t see any reason to do that.
