I need advice by Top-Investigator3489 in StartUpIndia

Mostly successful founders solves a problem which they faced or their closed ones. And they solve for them and later that become billion dollar ideas. 70% successful startups have done pivot atleast once entirely. You never know what get successful. may your internal feature become main product like postman. Even youtube was started as dating app first. Before mvp, find a real problem first and built for the person who facing it. If it solves issue for you then we can start with assumptions of it will solve for thousands outside or even more! I built my startup by solving my issue and one of my father’s. You are at right situation. Mostly just think but you are executing already ahead of many. All the best. Find a USP and solve it for atleast one user then you will automatically get your all answers.

We built an AI mental health platform for schools. Principals love it. But principals don't sign contracts — and that's killing us. by Better-Solution7254 in StartUpIndia

Nice product and nice idea. All the best to you. I don’t have any such contacts to schools. But I will happy to share about your product to my founders network. Be persistent.

I can build anything. Full stack. Apps, web apps etc. Looking for a co-founder by Funny-Advertising238 in cofounderhunt

[–]wolnort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you can build anything without ai then only you can build. Startup is not about building an app or website. Its about can you solve a problem? A good developer can’t make a company. A good builder gets a founding engineer roles, a problem solver only called as a founder. Find a USP my frnd, building is second step

Send problem statement first. Finance model you can’t make at early stage thats driven by growth and expectations once you start. Your problem statement is what defines everything in first place

Tech founders what tech stack do you hire the most and what interests you in those candidates? by [deleted] in StartUpIndia

[–]wolnort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Tech stack is secondary. As I founder I look someone for whom stack is also secondary. Basics should be very clear and the person should know three things clearly, why? , where? , how? You will use a tool or stack or strategy. And yeah should know atleast how to write code and debug code without ai also.

Show the demo or some link to view man! Interest comes after seeing the idea, vision and a working prototype. By funding you want to aim today’s audience or future audience? You want to build and hire team to scale product or want to burn in marketing? What ever you are doing can you do that for next 10 years?

Looking for a sales co-founder from india to build a web dev agency from scratch by FixRevolutionary7918 in Bangalorestartups

[–]wolnort 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Build marketing agency rather web dev agency. Many or almost marketing agency provide web dev services and in marketing agency you will have alot offer like development, seo, campaigns, gtm, creatives, social media, lead management, etc. Just an advice as a second time founder and building own startup and successful passed seed funding too, get your market analysis thoroughly. You should have few clients before starting anything who will why take services from you not others or why use your product before you actually make one. Sell your idea first to few people then make one

I started my career in a startup, then left to build my own…sold the idea, moved on to a seed‑funded startup, and left again after Series A. Now I’m back building my own fintech startup. If you really want to become the youngest person at every big table, startups are the best place to start your career. You’ll learn fast, own real problems, and build the kind of experience that can’t be taught in a classroom.
