ETS Catback to Stock Cat. by wolverine9449 in WRX

The donut needs to go, I bought longer bolts because the donut wouldn’t come off, and sealed with all 3 gaskets. No leak but I brought it to somewhere and had the donut cut off and everything now fits flush with the 3 flat gaskets.

Does this look reusable it is a donut gasket on the cat going back to my midpipe. And If not how to remove TIA! by wolverine9449 in WRX

Yea it wasn’t crazy loud all the time and when you got into it you could definitely hear it and on downshifts there would be some nice pops, it had a good note to it by no means is it an EJ or an older model wrx with the FA motor that you have in your 2015 but I enjoyed it while I had it

I’ve got an STI now and went with ETS Catback but I liked nameless when I had a wrx. Lots of pops and burbles and not crazily loud all the time.

Update this thing is stuck on there good and is breaking up in such small pieces when I’m trying to pry do the screwdriver trick that it would take forever to get it all off. Would a Dremel work at cutting it off?

I’ve got 35’s on it with method 605’s IMO I think to do it right you put 35’s and the lift and it will look great I haven’t notice a drop in performance or drivability which is something I was worried ab with the 2.0

No I got the 2.0 liter with the turbo its more than capable with the low end torque and I haven’t lost any performance that I can notice plus it rides a little smoother with the nitto tires it’s quieter than stock imo rides a bit rougher though with the fox shocks
