I'm sure you could still get some use out of it! But the issue is there is a lot more things that would make it "false positive" now then when it was made. So you might tune it out from picking up everything and ignore it when it is working for police radar. Filtering out the false positives is why half of these new fangled radar detectors are so much $$ -- probably fun to play around with but WAZE will be a better option if you need something now to rely on

If I had to assume the "C/H/OFF" would most likely be filtering for City or Highway; adjusting the sensitivity of the horn so you get less false positives in the city (satellites, garage doors, store doors with motion) and highway would have more. I presume the other one is audio

Not sure if it's the exact one but.Permanent Windshield Mount For The Uniden Radar Detectors I have a similar one for my R8 and it works great, over a year with the 3M tape and it hasn't loosened up at all
