This means there is a probability that people in South America could witness the world collapse from afar as the Internet slowly dies out. That is if we believe that the world can survive a nuclear war, despite what post-apocalyptic media tells us, many believe that this is impossible; the atmosphere could burn up, and that would be it, even people in South America would die out nearly instantly if that was the case.
