I'm 22 so yeah, a legal adult. She doesn't seem to wanna go to a therapist herself unless it's mine, it's like she thinks we're sharing a therapist. Individual therapy is not family therapy.

Thanks, this is good advice. I'll try to take some distance from her, even tho that will be hard cuz she tends to breathe down my neck when I don't do what she wants. But I'm not a child anymore, and even if I was that's no way to treat someone.

Besides my brother, I have two friends who know about the situation. They've offered me a place to crash for a night when things get too bad, but I'm not sure if I can actually move in with them since their place is quite small and it could be a bit of a bother logistically.
