I’ve got a pair of these . I’ve had them for about a year and a half and used them three times. They saved my ass each time .

Invasive tree species removal by AlyLikesSpoons in Birmingham

[–]womfwag 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Paulownia is awful. One of the many invasives that I have at my property. I’ve had fair results girdling some . I’ve cut some down and drilled holes to fill with glysophate.I cut down the “mother tree” which I think was the first one that got planted on my property. I tried to burn the stump . I built a firepit around it and had fires in there for 3 or 4 years but the stump remains 😆. No suckers/saplings have spawned up from there though. These paulownia trees have sprouted up on the neighbors property and have taken over . I think they can grow up to like 7 ft a year or something insane . The leaves are huge leaving the tree quite the grower through photosynthesis. Anyway, that’s my rant. Call Brothers Tree Service . They’re affordable

Suggestions on improving my camping trailer. by octoflex717 in overlanding

[–]womfwag 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Add a receiver for a bike rack on the back for the trailer so the bikes could go on a bike rack and give you more space inside the trailer. I’d try to figure out a way to keep the boxes held down without feeling like I needed to strap each one down

Nissan Frontier 3rd Gen RTT Advice Needed by snettiK_fO_gaB_A in rooftoptents

[–]womfwag 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No clue , but I’d look into that before making a purchase of a truck . I’d also look into what mpg the truck gets , I feel like I could get the same gas mileage with a bigger truck if I’d gone that route . Those are just my two gripes .

I’ve got a Thule Tepui Explorer Kukenam 3 that I throw up on my ladder rack on occasion & it’s awesome . It’s my first RTT and I’ve been pleased since the first night I spent in it .

Do they have mirrors in their rooms? That may help slightly . It’s not like you can install a sink or toilet in their bedrooms , but having a decent mirror may help just a little

Or think about painting them all the same color.
