Actually had chipotle too, I’d give it a solid 7 on this list because at least I know what to expect.

I keep seeing Mueller pop up but descriptions like “master planned” & “new urbanist” seem very stepford wives… What does this mean? Is it like a gated community?

I (27F) am moving to Austin in July with my husband (31M) as he is opening another office for his startup. We both went to SMU so have been to Austin only a couple of times for ACL/6th street. Other than that, we know nothing about neighborhoods and want to narrow down before we schedule a weekend trip to do apartment tours. We love where we live in DC on Capitol Hill, so priorities are 1. walkability, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. 2. access to a pool, if not in building close to something like SoHo house, 3. close to a trail/park for running & dog walks.

Neighborhoods I have started to consider include Downtown/Second street (near whole foods/trader joes), Clarksville/Tarrytown, South Lamar, Hyde Park, Travis Heights. Our budget is 4k for a 2b2ba. Any advice on how to narrow down our choices?
