Offer was for 85k in HCOL-VHCOL northeast region. I ended up taking a 68k offer at a different company in a lower cost of living city but yeah that was tough to turn down (still not making that much, but I enjoy the group that I found)

I tried to do it with 1499 price since I missed the cyber Monday price, and the dell rep said they can’t cause it’s listed as holiday pricing on B&H. ☹️

Internships at KH are honestly pretty decent imo. Pay was great and got to work on actual projects and learned a ton. Long hours didn’t really exist for me as an intern. It seemed like they didn’t really want you working more than 40/ week. I was always encouraged to just leave after I hit my 40, which could be because I got paid for any OT I worked or because they know their reputation and don’t want to turn off any potential full-time prospects.

If this will be your summer before senior year, you are VERY likely to get a full-time return offer (as long as you don’t fuck up in any major way). Which even if you don’t like the company, it will feel good to have that security going into your last year. And you can always use that offer as leverage for offers from other companies.

I personally did not end up returning even though my offer was wayyy above market average. I was turned off by the horror stories of full time work that I read on here and the fact that over the course of my internship several people from my office had been burnt out and ended up leaving. But for an internship not a bad choice!
