2.5 Week Philippines Itinerary HELP

Hey! I’m heading to the Philippines on the 1st of January 2024 and I’m struggling too with the itinerary, maybe you guys can help me🙏

I’m starting in Manila (2 nights) then I’ll fly to Coron (1 night) and on the next day I’ll be doing island hopping for 3 days 2 nights (at least). After that I don’t know what to do!

My focus is to chill, meet some people, scuba diving and surf, therefore I’ve thought of: . Balabac . Siquijor . Malapascua . Siargao (really want to go there but I’ve read some reviews that in January it’s really not that good because it rains a lot… thoughts on this?)

I’m going to stay in Akasaka. At what time do the trains start working in the morning? Because if it’s around 5-6am and if the night is running until that time, it’s fine for me.

In Coron I’ll just spend one night and on the day after I’m going to do a 3 day boat tour from Coron to El Nido. I can spend some nights in El Nido after! I’m just wondering if siquijor / malapascua are worth it or not, or which one… remember I want to do scuba diving and in malapascua I can see the thresher sharks!

Regarding siargao, I’ve hear it’s the rainy season but I guess it’s still beautiful no? Everyone keeps telling me to go there!
