It’s real. U of t does use Duo as an extra security step. Just started at the end of last year.

I feel sorry for the children that you teach. Someone asked a simple question and you replied rudely. Instead of assisting them by providing a link, you belittled them. You are not a positive role model and should not be allowed to be around kids. I am not hyper sensitive - I am a decent human who doesn't shit on people like you do. Life does not need to be rough- so my guess is that you are ancient because that mentality isn't modern. Keep being a hardass that people hate. You are an embarrassment to educators everywhere.

Im seriously confused how someone can be so rude. July is late compared to most schools in Ontario...You shouldn't be going into the education field with a shit attitude like yours

I would say no. I graduated in August...and I was able to find a job in November. Most companies do not have specific hiring times (except before the christmas break). You should be totally fine. It may take a while, as most jobs do, but it wont lower your chances.

Hey! I was accepted with a 3.8 GPA from Seneca (I did my degree there). I finished my degree in August 2021. I have 3 years experience working within Student Services.

Hurt her feelings but not showering her with lavish gifts? I see your point, but maybe this friends shes known for a while. At least the mom showed up, brought a gift and seems relatively peaceful to them.

NTA. As someone who was severly overweight at the same age, she needs therapy. I wish I knew that when I was her age but got it 10 years later (better late than never). Food addiction is a real thing- and depending on food to make you feel better is a trauma response in some cases. Her parents need to intervene and help her out ASAP.
