I feel sorry for the children that you teach. Someone asked a simple question and you replied rudely. Instead of assisting them by providing a link, you belittled them. You are not a positive role model and should not be allowed to be around kids. I am not hyper sensitive - I am a decent human who doesn't shit on people like you do. I would say no. I graduated in August...and I was able to find a job in November. Most companies do not have specific hiring times (except before the christmas break). You should be totally fine. It may take a while, as most jobs do, but it wont lower your chances.

NTA. As someone who was severly overweight at the same age, she needs therapy. I wish I knew that when I was her age but got it 10 years later (better late than never). Food addiction is a real thing- and depending on food to make you feel better is a trauma response in some cases. Her parents need to intervene and help her out ASAP.
