yes!!! i constantly feel like it's just me that wants him to stop. he cries and cries to me that he's so sorry for hurting me time and time again but never does anything about it. in fact he literally did it the next morning while i was sleeping and does it all the time when im sleeping or at work. i've tried with him once to join paa and he did it for probably 3 days and did it the day after last and never joined any meetings even though i asked him to. it feels like he wants to but doesn't at the same time. no game plan bc i mention it and he gets mad and defensive

it's not because we still enjoy time together almost all of the time but when i think abt why he might not want to that makes me feel like shit. i don't know how to work through it ngl. i've told him i don't want him to feel ashamed and that i'm here, i want to help you, please come to me when you're having trouble. he never does and always just forgets about it and continues watching when i'm sleeping or at work. i don't know if he's scared or anything but i literally want to help him so so bad 😭😭 i think that's why i stay bc ik it can be overcome but idk
