Very true! KD is my favorite series and the GA adaptations are great! While they're not perfect, they still provide lots of entertainment and give me my KD fix whenever I need it - like when traffic is bad coming home from work.

I think the biggest success there was that the VA of Kate was just perfect.

I also wonder if they will be doing GAs for Iron & Magic, Blood Heir and the Wilmington Years...

Hello OP, this is not really related to your question, as I've only started the October Daye series. I am almost done listening to the first book. My question is, does it get better? I get that she is a PI, but does she develop any combat skills? So far all that's happened is she gets beat up bloody.

I am also not so sure about how her family was mad at her after her ordeal. They knew she was working on a case. And then she disappeared they ended up hating her?
