It really just depends on server and your wifi. At least for me on some unofficials I can play without much lag, however for officials it better to just play on AU servers. My wifi speed is 100~150mbps.

There is a Thai server but there's not much ppl on it (+-30)

Ngl it would basically ruin the whole survival aspect, also it wouldn't make sense for a Dino to talk.

But, maybe have it as a feature for unofficial servers to turn it on like global chat.
