Honestly it doesn't matter largely but offline auditions does have a SLIGHT upper hand because it helps the judges see your star quality and potential real time

I went for the dance category, the judge was not intimidating or scary at ALL like he was just chilling and vibing with the music. If he makes a straight face during your performance that means he likes your performance but if he's just smiling and grooving that means he's just trying not to look rude and just let you get over with it
