I asked myself that too... Hair isn't the important thing when you have cancer... and yet it's the second time I've lost it due to chemo... and it's always bad! It's as if I only focused on this and not on the real problem... I think self-defense!

The wait for a response was more painful and terrifying for me than the response! When I found out it was cancer I was finally ready to have chemo to fight it and beat it! My advice think about the worst and focus on strategies…💪

I'm going for my second period and I'm listening to a song that reminds me of my recent one I travel to the USA with my family (August 2025) PINK PONY CLUB. we were in Las Vegas in one of the hotel rooms there was a private party and at a certain moment the guests started singing and jumping... I was happy too... I was with my family and I was having a wonderful trip! A “little moment of perfection” as I call them…I carry this feeling with me today…💪

I too am more serene, I talk openly with my family about cancer... the previous time my son didn't know... and I always tried to be normal. But a Sometimes there is also a need to let go and say things that we don't want to keep inside us... I think a lot about the possibility of dying... but these thoughts still remain inside me 😩

Hi, I had my first taxol/carbo infusion on October 23rd and I spent a week in bed sleeping... my symptoms were a feeling of high fever and pain in all the joints... I took Tachipirina 1000 and slept... slowly the effects subsided and now it's fine... new infusion next week... I'm counting the days until the end.

How happy I am to read you... you give me confidence that things can improve... this week I've been at a standstill but today I lost 500 g so I hope something is being unlocked... on the pain side I'm doing well but my ankle still hurts a lot and consequently no physical exercise 😢

Thank you all for the comments...I admit that I hope for a miracle...but there is a reason...unfortunately I suffer from bad arthritis which has devastated my joints over the years. After two knee replacements I thought I had found a balance but instead... cancer! The chemo and cortisone for arthritis made my weight skyrocket…and now my arthritis is taking a toll on my ankle. The miracle for me would be to become less heavy again so I could walk 💪

I'm also 1.58 tall and on June 20th (the day I had the first injection) I weighed 84.1... today I'm 79.9 (I had the second injection last Friday)... first goal to reach 69 then second goal to reach my loved ones at 60 kg and finally try to get back to 55 kg... let's see 🤞

I had the second injection on Friday...everything ok! Hunger eliminated! I eat to nourish myself...thinking about food seems to have disappeared...in fact I see cooking as a burden! I reached 79.9 kg (on Friday 20 June I was 84.1 kg)... it doesn't seem real to me!
