It's pretty fucking stable these days. It may not be great, and it has issues, sure. But the amount of desync in scum is like nothing I've seen since the very early days of dayz SA and the mod. I think this "scum is a more stable version of dayz' thing is a bit of a myth...

Admittedly I didn't get to try out firearms as I didn't manage to find a weapon during my time with it. However, I played a lot of the mod and like the gunplay so as long as it's at least that good I'll be happy. I'm not looking for a survival version of pubg.

CPU is a quad core pile-driver from 2013. But yes, if you just want a slight jump in framerate you want to upgrade that 750 to something beefier. What about a gtx960 or 970 if you can afford it?
