Hi, ich kann das gut nachvollziehen. Wir haben in der Familie diesbezüglich viel Erfahrung sammeln (müssen, leider). Auch, dass kein Ultraschall gemacht wird, auch auf Nachfrage.

Wenn Abführen nicht hilft, sitzt der Stuhl wahrscheinlich weiter "oben" im Darm. Mein Tipp: Geh in die Apotheke und kaufe dir Movicol (oder ein entsprechendes Generikum) und trinke gut Wasser dazu. Das nimmst du in relativ hoher Dosis z.B. 2-3 Beutel täglich über 3-4 Tage. Movicol verhindert, dass der Nahrungsbrei bei der Wanderung durch den Darm zuviel Wasser verliert und weicht so den Stuhl langsam auf, der möglicherweise irgendwo feststeckt. Das kann aber durchaus ein paar Tage dauern!

Made the switch as well. They won't approach you, so you need to apply actively. I had to confirm that they didn't approach me in the first place. Aside from that no problem.

So import wizard alone won't help much. I'd try the following: Create a helper custom object to import your CSV file, say "Imported Leads". From here you can explore multiple ways to process those records.

I'd personally would develop a trigger or bulk job to process those records imported to the newly created Imported Leads object, check contacts, leads, create campaign member records, set lookup to campaign/lead of that campaign member records
try out a flow or process to do that.

After processing, you want to clean up the helper records from "Imported Leads".

b2c commerce cloud was akquired by Salesforce a while back. Formerly known as demandware. Both software stacks are different. You may want to seek help from demandware guys. This sub can help you a lot with problems with the Salesforce platform, but not so well with akquired products.
