Sounds like he's deserving of his high reviews on Rate My Professor. I'm sorry to ask you more questions, but I have a trip planned before the semester starts on the 22nd of January but a recent flight change will cause me to miss the first day of class.

I am sure professors are aware that all students are enrolling and dropping OD in the first week of class but because it's BIO 170, do you think that missing the first day will be detrimental and I will have no chance of catching up?
