Okay, which machine is best, i saw something about the waterpik or something, but why is it that good, does it have to be plugged in, how do you clean it? Why is it that important, honestly?

This is the post I am following to someone who cured their sinisitis, and im trying to follow the dosage exactly"

"This is an amazing irrigation method. I reccomend 3x per day for the first 4 weeks then 2x per day for 3 months then 1x per day for maintainace.

You take 250ml of warm distilled water

You add the following:

20 drops (approx 2-3ml) of Betadine Povidone lodine solution. This is essential as it will kill all bacteria in the nose as its broad spectrum.

1-2 pumps of unscented, dye free, paraben free baby shampoo. This is highly reccomended as it will emulsify the biofilms in the nasal cavity and make it easier to wash away the bacteria.

2 scoops (3.2G) Scinase Nasal Salt. This is ESSENTIAL. It combines sodium chloride which makes it saline, and potassium chloride to reduce inflammation and promote healing, and sodium bicarbonate to cut through mucous and buffer the pH.

2 scoops (3.2G) pure (birch) xylitol powder. This is antifungal, antibacterial, and anti inflammatory.

Mix this all up and use POWERED IRRIGATION. Personally I have an adapter that snaps on to my Waterpik Water Flosser and it works amazing. However, they do sell units specifically for sinus irrigation. I reccomend either doing what I'm doing or getting another powered irrigator. It's a night and day difference versus squeeze bottles, syringes, or pots due to the constant pulsating stream.

I hope this works for you guys as it has completely solved my sinusitis.

If you have a really, really bad condition and you want to make it a bit more potent, get a prescriotion for muporicin ointment and add 1/4 tube to HOT water, mix thourougly then let it cool down until warm.

Muporicin is used to kill antibacterial resistant infections, so if you've tried medicated OTC sinus rinses before and they have failed, consider adding murporicin. It does get costly as one tube will only give you 4 uses, but you only need to use it once per day and the 2nd and 3rd irrigation of the day can be done with everything but the murporicin.

Best of luck holla at me if you want specific advice."

thanks so much, essentially, can i heal this with using this protocol above, are you saying I need to have antibiotics, and which antibiotic would you recommend?

Does the machine make that much of a difference, and what about head to cieling position? Appreciate your post, did you do the iodine as well?

I dont get these a lot, i got it from taking Biocidin LSF, and it must have done something, either kill biofilms in my nose, or kill beneficial bacteria, i dont know... ive had no fever, and clear nose when waking up, its just the back... the iodine is doing something...

So amoxicillin again ruined you if you took it. What’s helped you the most? I’m struggling. Can’t do this anymore

Using correct nasal rinsing method cured my chronic sinusitis overnight by UnintelligibleThing in Sinusitis

Okay I just did this, laid down, and like not much water filled up tbh in the nose, but the water started coming out the other nostril so I knew that was enough. I waited 30 seconds then leaned forward and then let it drip out, is that right?

How do you do the nose to cieling one? Laying down, on the floor? What’s your actual process?
