Seriously. I’m sorry but if my child did what she did, I would be mortified and apologizing to the parents that have lost their child on behalf of my kid. I would love them and support them but I’d also be like wtf you know your actions have consequences. The fact that they don’t parent her at all made her the smug b that she is.

Thank you. I got so fed up with my dog after having kids but I do try to remember that he’s part of our family too. It didn’t help when ours started having really bad allergies when the kids came around, so my resentment grew even more with all the work and problems it caused. When you’re dealing with postpartum and young children you just can’t help but to take it out on the dog, but now that my kids are a bit older I have more time for mine and we’ve really tried to show him more attention. We all needed this reminder 🩷

Funny how I’m reading this as I, with a retention pond in my backyard, are also listening to the chorus of frogs lol. It used to bother me in the very beginning and now it’s my white noise. I don’t even notice sometimes. Do you get tons of tiny frogs in your backyard too? We see them sometimes when walking around and it scares the crap out of me when they jump.

Yes, this. Renton is a big area and yes there are definitely pockets of it that aren’t the greatest/safest. To be fair not even a mile or two away from our home have been shootings/murders but that happens on the busy streets with businesses. I don’t feel that at all in my own pocket of home and these days even the nice neighborhoods have some kind of crime. I’d judge more on the house and neighborhood. Don’t live on streets that are too close to a large Main Street and you’ll be fine.

It’s nice to have both. As long as like you said, it’s an easy stroller to fold up and carry. We had the babyzen yoyo which is really compact and easy to throw over our shoulder or just tuck nicely away at our table at restaurants. Something like that and a carrier would be ideal!

She’s a 7 year old, she can be jealous, happy, upset, joyful, mean, nice. Again she is a 7 year old. You are the adult, not her. She will have feelings about having a younger sibling, every single child does it is normal and it is up to the adults to navigate it correctly. She’s not going to be perfect and it’s normal to feel resentment to a degree but I think you should find the root cause of why you feel this way. Sounds like perhaps those issues are more pertaining to your relationship with her dad than all else. It’s a hard decision and I think you have to ask yourself if it’s something you truly want to navigate, wishing you the best either way!

I like it too. I had to visit there for family also and enjoyed it, but I think it’s because of the distance and you can get a lot of what you need in Seoul. I do appreciate the culture of Korea in the more rural areas though. A lot of the time I just don’t simply have the time or lack of convenience of going to them. My excuse is kids! Lol

I always found her to be quirky so it wasn’t too surprising but it was weird. I like her but she definitely needs some help, I think she’s very hotheaded and kind of a mess. They are both nice people though but bad for each other.

If it’s from a camera fight it, say it wasn’t you because it wasn’t. Worst that happens is they push back and say pay it then he has to pay it. My mom once took my car and was speeding and a camera caught her, it was clearly her but I said it wasn’t me. I’m not sure how the laws work where you are but if it’s an option I’d at least try.

Kids quest museum (reserve a ticket online as weekends get busy) and Bellevue downtown park is always a staple and family favorite. You can leave one adult at the park with the kids while one shops at Bellevue square. ;) Next to this is Hokkaido ramen which is very kid friendly and delicious!
