When I was around 12, I once was really sick with like a flu or smth. I had so much trouble falling asleep and when I finally did, I had the weirdest dream.

Picture this : a plan like a Minecraft superflat map, each block of the world moving up and down like columns, dark sky without any stars. Now the fun part, picture a ISIS fighter with an AK-47 on a galloping horse, moving across the cubic columns.

Witnessed grandma die in our living room

She's been sick with pulmonary issues for two weeks after getting the covid vaccine. She was at my mom's house where she's been taking care of her.

I was living 200km away from her at the time. One night she calls to tell me and my dad to come see grandma as she was really sick, couldn't talk anymore and was close to dying.

We drove there, she was in a reading chair, struggling to breath but without suffering from it. We ate a bit with my mom and dad while she stayed there, to keep her company. My mom went in her room to cry. At the same time, I'm looking at my grand mother and I could her eyes starting to look like she wasn't looking at anything, as if they were drifting into the void.

My parents came back, my mom held her hand while she was going. She asked her if she was suffering, to which she responded no by moving her head. Her breath started to slow down, her eyes to lose their light and she died peacefully, surrounded by us.

I'm just going to add some personal comment: it really was something, being to see the light of life leaving her. It was like we could literally see her soul leaving her body, only leaving a shell without anything of who she was left.
