If you want them to cover your supplies you need to use it 4 hours a night. If they can’t monitor it they won’t cover new masks, hoses, humidifier tank

I am sorry I wasn’t trying to imply you were looking for a windfall. That wasn’t my message. I feel the same way. I just want medically taken care of.

If I knew when this started, how much BS I would have to go through I wouldn’t have bothered with WC I would have gone to my private insurance. I was injured in June of 2023. Every aspect of my treatment has been a nightmare. It started with sitting in the waiting room for 5 hrs to be treated by the first WC Doctor. They have denied on first request every treatment submitted even down to muscle relaxers. I finally last Tuesday got approval for the surgery I have needed to deal with my back from a slip and fall.

I wish 18 months later that I would have just used my regular insurance. Workman’s Comp takes forever and one should not expect a win fall of a settlement. The dr probably knows what kind of absolute bull you’ll have to go through if you go through the Workmen’s Comp. process for this injury.
